Empower Change-Donate Today
We believe every parent and professional working with kids deserves access to tools that help them understand and support children—not through compliance, but through connection, understanding, and developmentally respectful approaches.
But not everyone can afford the cost, and building the high-quality resources we all need takes time, technical tools, and ongoing effort.

We created Navigating Behavior because we knew there had to be a better way—one rooted in understanding, not compliance.
After decades of working with families, educators, and therapists, we saw a gap in accessible, respectful, and practical support for those trying to help children with big behaviors. Navigating Behavior was built to fill that gap.
Our hope is to reach thousands of parents, professionals, and future educators with tools that empower them to see behavior through a new lens. With your help, we can make it happen.
Corrine Bellinger Shipman, M.Ed., founder of Wonder Bridge Learning, brings two decades of experience as a behavior and child development specialist. Her expertise lies in understanding the unique needs of children with developmental delays and crafting individualized strategies that create meaningful progress.
Jamie Todd, M.A., SLP-CCC, owner of Jamie Todd Speech is a seasoned speech pathologist and has been working with children with language delays since 2006. Jamie’s passion is helping kids find their voice—literally and figuratively—while providing parents with the tools to foster communication and connection at home.
Joy Manning, M.Ed., founder of Play with Joy, has been dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities since 1998. As an autism specialist, she focuses on using play-based and relationship-centered strategies to help children thrive.
